Cristiano Ronaldo is best known for his goal scoring, but the Juventus forward is also responsible for one of the best wrong footed assists you’re likely to see.
Ronaldo is not far off becoming the all time leading goal scorer in international football, a record he’s more than capable of beating at the Euros this summer.
He’s already got a whole host of goal scoring record to his name, including being top of Real Madrid’s record books with an astonishing 450 goals from 438 games.
His partnership with Karim Benzema at the Bernabeu was very fruitful, with the Frenchman often the perfect foil to set Ronaldo up.
However there’s a great example of the Portugal forward returning the favour, with a great pass with his left foot.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s ‘weak-foot’ assist to Karim Benzema is the definition of perfection.

The perfect pass into the ‘corridor of uncertainty’ lures the Getafe goalkeeper out of his goal thinking he can get to the ball before Benzema.
Instead it turns away from the keeper and leaves the France striker, who is now back in the national team fold for the Euros, in on goal.
Of course the fan who referred to ‘the other guy’ wasn’t talking about the Hulk, as Bruce Banner might think, but Lionel Messi.
That Ronaldo fan boy might think Messi isn’t capable of such a great assist with his wrong foot but the Barcelona star has scored a wrong foot hat-trick.
It’s almost like they’re both bloody brilliant!
