Jack Grealish is set to make a move to Premier League champions Manchester City, for a British transfer record smashing fee of £100 million.
t was revealed a few weeks ago that Grealish had changed his preference over a transfer, from Manchester United to Manchester City, amidst rumours Pep Guardiola’s team were ready to make a move for him.
According to reports, the Premier League champions have been in talks with Aston Villa for their captain in recent weeks and are close to a deal.
The Daily Mail say that the £100 million deal will be wrapped up once Grealish, and England’s, involvement in Euro 2020 has finished.
According to talkSPORT, the deal is ‘close’ to being completed, and with the Three Lions’ final match of the tournament potentially being the last 16 game with Germany, the two reports seem to line up.
