Jadon Sancho Has Told ‘Several England Teammates’ He’s Joining Manchester United

Jadon Sancho has told ‘several England teammates’ that he’s joining Manchester United, as his mega transfer edges closer.

It is claimed a deal – with a reported £77 million – is likely to be confirmed this weekend, with Sancho reportedly telling his international colleagues that a move is imminent.

That’s according to Tom McDermott who claims the 21-year-old Borussia Dortmund star has told his England pals that he’s heading to Old Trafford this summer.

He also says that the deal is ‘practically done’.

Sancho has told several #Eng teammates he’s heading to Old Trafford. As I reported over 24hrs ago, the deal is practically done. Add ons were the concern, but it appears they’ve been ironed out. #MUFC

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been pursuing the former Manchester City youth ace for some time following their failed attempt last summer.

It appears Solskjaer will finally land his man ahead of the 2021/22 campaign.

Sancho starred last season as he scored an impressive 16 goals and recorded 20 assists in all competitions.

He has been prolific in his four seasons at Dortmund, becoming one of the brightest talents in world football.

The player is currently on England duty at Euro 2020, but he’s enduring a frustrating time having only played a cameo role against Czech Republic.

He didn’t make the bench in England’s tournament opener against Croatia and was an unused substitute against Scotland.

Gareth Southgate’s side resume their Euro 2020 campaign against Germany in the last-16, with Sancho poised for another role on the bench following Bukayo Saka and Jack Grealish’s starring roles in attack.
