Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland hopes talk of Chelsea preparing a huge offer for him is just rumours as he believes “€175 million would be a lot of money for one person”.
The Norwegian sensation is one of the most sought-after strikers in world football and has been heavily linked with a £150 million move to the European champions this summer.
But he’s with Dortmund for pre-season ahead of the Bundesliga campaign and not thinking about his future too much.

In fact, Haaland spoke to the media today and not only revealed he had barely been in contact with agent Mino Raiola, but also gave an honest answer for why he doesn’t want to move for such a hefty fee.
“Before yesterday I hadn’t spoken with my agent [for] one month,” Haaland said at Dortmund’s training camp.
“So you have the answer. I hope it’s only rumours because it’s a lot of money for a person.
“First of all I have three years left on my contract.
“I’m enjoying my time here. But of course the trophy was important because that’s what I want.”

The former Red Bull Salzburg man smashed in 41 goals in all competitions last term, including 27 in the Bundesliga – where he won the league’s Player of the Season.
He helped Dortmund win the DFB Pokal by bagging a brace in the final against RB Leipzig. BVB are preparing for the new campaign under Marco Rose and Haaland is excited.
Haaland continued: “For me I have to develop even more. I have to take more space on the pitch and we have to become a more stable team.
“We have to win more games and become better as a team. I believe in Marco Rose.”
