Manchester United marquee signing Jadon Sancho is expected to start against Leeds United on Saturday in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s new front four, according to reports.
The 21-year-old winger finally arrived at Old Trafford this summer after United forked out a hefty £73m to acquire him from Borussia Dortmund.
United are also preparing to finalise their stunning acquisition of Real Madrid star Raphael Varane, who is undergoing the second part of his medical ahead of his move to Old Trafford.
The Red Devils, who finished second in the Premier League last season, will kick off the new campaign at home against Leeds.
According to The Sun, Sancho will be starting for United in his debut match for the Red Devils.

The newspaper added that Solskjaer plans to use the former Dortmund star ‘alongside Mason Greenwood and Bruno Fernandes.’
And Anthony Martial, who was linked with Inter Milan this summer, will lead the frontline for United.
United fans were unsure if Sancho would start for their side’s first Premier League match of the season after reporting for training a week after England teammates Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw.
Sancho, who received extra time off in the summer due to England’s Euro 2020 campaign, attended his first United training session on Monday.
