Manchester City welcome Liverpool to the Etihad Stadium for their crucial Premier League clash on Sunday afternoon.

The two sides are separated at the top of the table by just one point going into the clash.

The winner will put themselves in pole position to win the Premier League title.

But, despite there being so much riding on the game, both manager’s have been very complimentary of each other in the build-up.

Per ESPN, Pep Guardiola said Jurgen Klopp “makes world football a better place”, while Klopp declared Guardiola the “best coach in the world”.

It’s all very civil between the two. But the same can’t be said about Guardiola’s relationship with Jose Mourinho.

Guardiola and Mourinho came to blows numerous times during their time at Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively.

The two managers would not hold back at all when speaking about each other. The drama then often spilled out onto the pitch.

A clip of their crazy rivalry, created by Amazon, has gone viral once again.

Twitter user @Gideoomatic has re-posted the video alongside the caption: “F that bromance nonsense Pep and Klopp are doing and calling it rivalry. This is REAL rivalry.”

It’s attracted over 4.5k retweets and over 17.5k ‘likes’ at the time of writing. View it below…

El Clasico was just chaos with Guardiola and Mourinho in opposing dugouts.

They threw insults at each other constantly off the pitch and that tension would often spill over onto the pitch.

They were the two best teams in the world and would always produce drama when they went head-to-head.

Sadly, their rivalry in La Liga only lasted for two years as Guardiola resigned from his post at Barcelona in 2012.

But what a two years it was watching the two legendary managers battle it out. There will never be another rivalry like it.
