Casemiro says he is ‘truly sorry’ for not speaking English in first Man United interview

Casemiro has given his first interview since becoming a Manchester United player earlier this week – and fans are now even more excited to see him pull on the red shirt for the first time.

The Brazilian midfielder, 30, completed a £70 million move from Real Madrid in a deal that feels like a major coup for the Red Devils.

Casemiro wasn’t able to feature in Monday’s 2-1 win over Liverpool but could make his debut against Southampton on Saturday lunchtime.

Ahead of his first appearance for United, the tough-tackling midfielder conducted a 12-minute interview with the club’s official website.
