Footage of Alejandro Garnacho celebrating Rasmus Hojlund’s winner for Manchester United in their 3-2 Boxing Day win over Aston Villa has got fans talking.
Hojlund netted his first Premier League goal to complete a stunning comeback from 2-0 down against Villa.
The 82nd-minute strike was United’s third goal since halftime, with Garnacho scoring the other two in a memorable Boxing Day spectacle at Old Trafford.
After the game, the pair gave an emotional interview, with Hojlund declaring himself ‘the happiest man alive’ following his goal.
Garnacho could not hide his delight at the result, with the 19-year-old inspiring a comeback similar to those produced by the United of old.
The Argentinian is one of the latest successful United academy graduates, having joined the youth setup from Atletico Madrid in 2020 before graduating to the first team two years later.
And his passion for United was there for all to see after Hojlund scored his goal.
You can see Garnacho’s celebration below.
One thing about Garnacho is that he loves united. You’ll get maximum effort 24/7.
The celebration might be a bit OTT but tbh his mentality is admirable especially at that age
