Bruno Fernandes produced a moment of real quality as he scored a stoppage time winner against Fulham.
Manchester United delivered an underwhelming performance at Craven Cottage but snatched all three league points following Fernandes’ late strike in the 91st minute.
The Portuguese midfielder intercepted Joao Palhinha’s clearance before attempting to pick out Scott McTominay, who had a goal controversially ruled out in the first-half.
The ball bobbled back to Fernandes, who chopped onto his trusted right foot before unleashing a terrific strike into the back of the net.

It’s a huge victory for the Red Devils, who had lost their previous two games to Manchester City and Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup.
Erik ten Hag’s team have now recorded six league wins this season and occupy sixth place, with 18 points on the board.
Speaking after the 1-0 win, Fernandes told TNT Sports: “The situation is not the best. Today we had to deliver, we got the three points and that’s the most important [thing].”
Man United return to action next Wednesday when they face Copenhagen in the Champions League, before resuming their campaign against Luton Town on November 11.
