A compilation of Marcus Rashford’s England cameo against North Macedonia has gone viral.
England laboured to a 1-1 draw against North Macedonia on Monday, having fallen behind in the first half to a team the Three Lions beat 7-0 in June and who had claimed just four wins from 14.
Despite the indifferent display, Gareth Southgate’s side ultimately claimed a point, which was enough for them to wrap up a Pot 1 spot when the Euro 2024 draw takes place on December 2.
Among a spate of poor performances, Rashford’s brief cameo was among the most underwhelming for the Three Lions.
The United star’s showing was so ineffective that a fan on social media has cruelly put together a compilation of Rashford’s cameo. You can watch it below.
Rashford was given around 10 minutes to impress against North Macedonia, having featured from the start against Malta days earlier.
Indeed, in England’s 2-0 win on Friday, Southgate showed faith in Rashford despite the United star having only scored one club goal all season.
His three goals and two assists in five England appearances were used to support Southgate’s inclusion, yet Rashford cut a frustrated figure on the left, as he has done for much of the season at Old Trafford.

Indeed, that night an accidental collision with Trent Alexander-Arnold led to his premature withdrawal. It was a near-comic situation that epitomised the winger’s season.
After the North Macedonia game, Southgate admitted he had a number of players to look at before the summer.
“The next exciting bit is the draw in December,” he told Channel 4. “We will see exactly what the path looks like but there’s a lot of players to keep an eye on.
“Trent again has done an excellent job in midfield, Rico and Cole Palmer coming in as well.
“You can’t quite take the gambles you’ve had in the last couple of squads, we knew a couple might miss the group and take extra.
“It [only being able to pick 23] changes the thinking on that. In the end, the best players become fairly evident when you make those selections.”
