Cristiano Ronaldo denied in Al Nassr 2-1 Al Hilal by extraordinary goal-line clearance

Cristiano Ronaldo experienced an extraordinary moment in the Arab Club Champions Cup final when he was denied a goal by an exceptional goal line clearance.

The match saw Ronaldo securing his first trophy with Al-Nassr, as they triumphed over their fierce rivals Al-Hilal in the final.

In the starting lineup alongside fellow stars such as Sadio Mane, Marcelo Brozovic, Talisca, Seko Fofana, and Alex Telles, Ronaldo’s side initially faced a setback when they fell behind due to Michael’s opening goal in the 51st minute.

Al-Nassr’s situation worsened as they were reduced to 10 men following Abdulelah Al Amri’s red card.

However, displaying his renowned goal-scoring ability, Ronaldo equalized for his team with 16 minutes left in regular time by tapping in from close range.

As the game extended into extra time, Ronaldo doubled his tally in the 98th minute after Seko Fofana’s long-range effort hit the bar and landed perfectly for the former Manchester United forward to head the ball into an empty net.

Despite Al-Hilal’s efforts to secure a late winner, Al-Nassr held firm to secure their inaugural victory in the Arab Club Champions Cup.
