Cristiano Ronaldo has playfully teased Sergio Ramos following his achievement of becoming the most followed Instagram account globally.
Ronaldo reached a remarkable milestone of 600 million followers on Instagram earlier this month, surpassing prominent figures on the platform like Lionel Messi, Selena Gomez, Kylie Jenner, and Dwayne Johnson.
This accomplishment places him at a staggering ten times the follower count of his former Real Madrid teammate Ramos, who recently marked reaching 60 million followers on Wednesday.

On Instagram, he uploaded a picture of himself signing a bunch of boots, accompanied with the caption: “We started in 2014 and – although it seems impossible – we are now 60 million strong.
“To celebrate this and return some of the love you all give me, I’ve got a great competition for you: a giveaway of 20 pairs of signed Mizuno boots.”
The Portuguese came across Ramos’ post on Instagram and left a cheeky response in the comments.
Replying to the defender’s post celebrating 60 million followers, he wrote: “You need another zero to catch me,” with a laughing face emoji.

Fans seemed to love it, with his comment boasting over 100,000 likes.
Sergio Ramos might find himself reuniting with Cristiano Ronaldo, as the 37-year-old is rumored to be considering a striking move to Al Nassr.
Currently unattached due to the conclusion of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain, Ramos has spent two seasons in France, amassing 58 appearances and netting six goals. His time in Paris saw him secure two league titles.
Undoubtedly, Ramos is most renowned for his 16 seasons at Real Madrid, where he accumulated an impressive array of trophies, including four Champions League titles.
Having enjoyed nine successful years together at Real, both Ramos and Ronaldo could potentially experience a reunion in Saudi Arabia with Al Nassr.
