On Tuesday, Eden Hazard emotionally returned to Stamford Bridge with Real Madrid for their Champions League quarter-final second-leg tie.
A Chelsea worker briefly stopped him after the game and appeared to ask him to ‘come back’.
Although an unused substitute, Hazard was present as the La Liga giants won the match 2-0 (4-0 on aggregate) to secure their spot in the next round of the competition.
Guillermo Rai then questioned Hazard, asking him, “Eden, do you have a lot of memories?”
The 32-year-old replied: “A lot, phew! And good ones.”

Hazard’s comments got Chelsea fans online talking as they reminisced about his playing days at the club, with some supporters even wanting him back.
One Twitter user wrote: “He’s coming back I know it.”
A second tweeted: “God bless the man who said come back at the beginning.”
A third added: “Don’t think I’ll ever love a player as much as him and Drogba.”
A fourth commented: “Come home my king.”

During his time at Chelsea, Hazard won two Premier League titles, two Europa League titles, the FA Cup, and EFL Cup, amounting to seven trophy-laden seasons.
However, in 2019, he moved to Real Madrid in a transfer worth £103.5 million.
His time in Spain has been plagued by a series of injuries, resulting in just seven goals scored during his 75 appearances for the club.
With Chelsea’s current poor performance, some fans wouldn’t mind seeing him return to potentially resurrect his career.
The Blues have had an awful campaign this season, failing to win any silverware and also missing out on the Champions League for next season.
