In Manchester City’s win against Southampton on Saturday afternoon, Erling Haaland scored an amazing overhead kick.
Due to a groin injury, the Norwegian was unable to play in City’s match against Liverpool last week.
However, Haaland was able to participate in training during the week and was selected to start in City’s Premier League game at St Mary’s.
Just before half-time, he scored the opening goal by heading in Kevin De Bruyne’s cross.
In the 58th minute, Jack Grealish extended City’s lead to 2-0, and 10 minutes later, Haaland scored their third goal with an incredible overhead kick.
Grealish delivered a cross into the box for Haaland, who executed a remarkable acrobatic move to score the goal.
Haaland’s impressive overhead kick found the back of the net and helped City secure a comfortable lead.

With that goal, Haaland reached a remarkable milestone of 30 goals in England’s top tier this season, achieving it in just 28 matches.
Haaland’s impressive scoring record is a testament to his skill and consistency on the field.
Unfortunately, Haaland was substituted for Julian Alvarez shortly after scoring his brilliant second goal and was denied the opportunity to achieve his seventh hat-trick of the season.
