Erling Haaland has stunned Manchester City fans with his hilarious impression of John Stones, as the Norwegian perfectly mimicked the English defender’s Yorkshire accent.
The now-viral clip was taken from a recentManchester City YouTube video, in which Haaland, Stones, and Ilkay Gundogan discussed some of their favorite travel destinations in the world.
After Haaland reveals his love for Abu Dhabi, Stones attempts to pitch in with a comment about the Louvre, a famous museum located on Saadiyat Island.
However, in typical British fashion, Stones butchers the pronunciation of the building – much to the delight of his Manchester City teammates – with Gundogan quickly correcting the Barnsley-born centre-half with a more eloquent pronunciation of his own.
However, it appears Haaland preferred Stones’ attempt, as the Norwegian striker mimicked his teammate in a hilarious fashion.
THIS IS THE BEST HAALAND IMPRESSION OF STONES YET OMG pic.twitter.com/wMxnXJDxSm

Despite representing Norway – the birth country of his parents – Haaland himself is actually a Yorkshire boy too, having been born 25 miles up the road from Stones in Leeds, where his father was plying his trade at the time.
But while Haaland has impressed fans with his English during post-match press conferences this season, few expected his perfectly-executed impression of Stones, with fans claiming that Haaland sounds more like Stones than Stones himself.
It isn’t the first time that Haaland has mocked the accent of his fellow Manchester City man, havingpreviously been filmed delivering his best impression of Stones as he entered training alongside Jack Grealish.
The camaraderie between the Yorkshire-born duo has done no harm to City’s success on the pitch, as they both found themselves on the scoresheet on Saturday, as Pep Guardiola’s side piled the pressure on league leaders Arsenal with a 3-1 victory over Leicester City.
Haaland’s brace – goals 31 and 32 in the Premier League this season – means that the Norwegian has now equalled Mohamed Salah’s record for the most goals scored in a 38-game Premier League season.
His latest goalscoring exploits came just days after the former Borussia Dortmund favourite took to Instagram to reveal the secrets behind his success.
Since the video was published on YouTube, that specific part has been clipped up and shared on multiple platforms.
And fans have been in hysterics, with some in shock over just how good Haaland’s Yorkshire accent is.
