Jude Bellingham found himself in a somewhat awkward interaction with a Real Madrid fan while attempting to communicate in Spanish.
Following his transfer from Borussia Dortmund to the Spanish giants for a fee of £88.5 million, Bellingham made a dazzling debut for Real Madrid, netting a goal in their victorious La Liga season opener.
He contributed his team’s second goal in their 2-0 triumph over Athletic Bilbao the previous weekend.
In response to Real’s victory, the English international shared his thoughts in Spanish. Additionally, Bellingham was put in a situation where he had to use his Spanish language skills during an exchange with a Real Madrid supporter.
A video captures him autographing a shirt from the passenger seat of a car while conversing with the fan in somewhat broken Spanish.

He was given instructions on what to write on the shirt, with Bellingham just about managing to complete his kind gesture.
The player’s mother was driving the car and hilariously peered over amid the exchange.
Needless to say, the interaction between Bellingham and the Real fan sent social media wild.
One Twitter user wrote: “Fair play on his composure there, actually think my head would’ve flown off.”
A second tweeted: “Am shattered after watching that.”
A third added: “The look on his mum’s face.”
A fourth joked: “Blud could’ve saved his time and learn some scouse instead.”

Another said: “His mum is watching like ‘wtf’.”
Bellingham is doing his best to learn Spanish, revealing Lucas Vasquez and Brahim Diaz are teaching him the language.
“Lucas Vazquez and Brahim Diaz are probably my biggest Spanish teachers,” he said during pre-season. “Everyone’s chipping in and teaching me bad words. I can’t wait to try them out!”
The superstar midfielder will return to action on Saturday when Real resume their league campaign against Almeria.
