Jude Bellingham parts ways with teammate he lived with due to a disagreement with his mom

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham has parted ways with a team member, it has been claimed.

On the pitch Bellingham has enjoyed a brilliant start to life at Madrid, having netted 17 strikes in 21 appearances in all competitions, including a league-high 13 La Liga goals.

The England international has also broken Cristiano Ronaldo’s record for the most goals scored in a player’s first 15 games with Los Blancos.

However,Relevo(via theSun) has claimed that there has been a minor disruption in Bellingham’s life behind the scenes, with the 20-year-old having parted ways with his live-in chef Alberto Mastromatteo.

Bellingham and Mastromatteo are said to have linked up at the start of the season, with the chef having been credited for transforming the diet of former Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.

Mastromatteo lived with Bellingham and his mother Denise in Madrid, but Relevo alleges the pair have decided to relieve the chef of his duties.

Mastromatteo’s company Summumm looks after the physical and mental well-being of top athletes including Bellingham’s team-mate Eduardo Camavinga.

He is understood to put his clients on a diet that consists of rice, oats, quinoa, fresh vegetables, fish and some lean meat.

However, nothing is completely off limits and Mastromatteo says that players need a day off from their strict regimes otherwise it becomes too much.

And it has been claimed, Bellingham and his mother reportedly disagreed with his methods.

“Jude and his family wanted this aspect to be kept under control from the outset,” Mastromatteo told theMail Onlinein November.

“He has great people around him. He is very centred and he realises what it means to be at Real Madrid. He knows what he wants and he is doing everything he can to make it go as well as it possibly can.”

“Saturated fats, which are not, shall we say healthy fats, which is the case with the omega 3 in Salmon or Avocados, don’t tend to be good for health.

“From 18 years to 32 years, it’s necessary for a professional to have one day a week when they forget everything and relax and maybe eat a hamburger or a pizza or whatever they fancy.

“In the cycling world, for example, this is not so appropriate. But in the world of football, these players are under significant pressure. And these types of things help them unwind a little, and relax mentally. You can’t have diet, diet, diet every day. In the end, they get bored.”
