The ratings for Manchester United on EA Sports FC 24 have been leaked online, and some fans are expressing their discontent with the scores assigned to certain players.
The new game, the first under the new name following the split from FIFA, is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 29.
Every year, player ratings in the game are a significant topic of discussion, and ahead of the launch, several ratings for players from major teams are already circulating.
The ratings for Manchester United players on EA Sports FC 24 were posted on social media on Tuesday, and it’s clear that many fans disagree with several of the assigned ratings.
Following Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure to Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr, Casemiro has become Manchester United’s highest-rated player, maintaining his 89 rating from FIFA 23 for EA FC 24.
Bruno Fernandes, the United captain, is just behind him with an upgraded rating of 88. Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford, Raphael Varane, and new goalkeeper Andre Onana have all been assigned an overall rating of 85.

Lisandro Martinez has seen his mark increase by three to 84 but Jadon Sancho and Mason Mount won’t be best pleased with their respective scores of 82 and 81.
Another new man, £75 million striker Rasmus Hojlund is a player with potential and he is 76-rated, one more than fellow talent Alejandro Garnacho.

Interestingly there are no ratings visible for Christian Eriksen or Antony – though a separate leak indicates that he has been given a huge pace downgrade.
The general consensus from the fanbase is that United’s scores aren’t correct and plenty should be higher.
On X, one fan claimed: “They’ll never stop disrespecting my club.”
Another said: “What’s Rashford gotta do for a 88+ rating man.
A third added: “That is genuinely criminal.”
A fourth user asked: “How is Wan Bissaka’s defending 77?”
A fifth commented: “These ratings are a legit p***take.”
A final person opined: “I don’t know what this rating is about, but you can’t rate Sancho ahead of Garnacho.”
Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi’s ratings have been shared online – as have the ratings for both Arsenal and Chelsea, with the latter’s summing up the club’s demise as only Enzo Fernandez, Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell and Moises Caicedo are 80+ rated.
