Old Man City video shows how you treat a mascot, features Erling Haaland and Jack Grealish

Social media has resurfaced an old Manchester City video after fans slammed Arsenal for their treatment of a mascot.

The Arsenal players were shown signing a mascot’s shirt before their Premier League match against West Ham United, but fans criticized the team for failing to acknowledge the young girl in the clip.

However, the father of the mascot has since defended the Gunners and the players, stating that his daughter had a ‘lovely time’.

He tweeted: “My daughter had a lovely time as Mascot for @Arsenal.

“There was only a small window to meet the players and she enjoyed it very much. Odegaard is her favorite player so to hold his hand onto the pitch was very special.”
