As the potential move of Andre Onana from Inter Milan to Manchester United draws closer, a compilation video featuring his mistakes has gained significant attention and gone viral.
Manchester United is currently in search of a new goalkeeper following David de Gea’s confirmation of his departure from Old Trafford earlier this month.
In recent weeks, negotiations between United and Inter have been ongoing to secure Onana’s transfer.
Recent reports indicate that the two clubs have reached an agreement on a fee estimated to be around £50 million.
The compilation video, which highlights Onana’s errors, has further intensified discussions surrounding his potential move to Manchester United.
On the back of this latest development, a video highlighting some of Onana’s mistakes has been doing the rounds on social media.
Some of the highlights included dodgy touches, badly placed passes and questionable positioning.
Fans were quick to react to the video on social media.
One said: “He’s atrocious with his feet.”
Another tweeted: “Look at this guy. You can’t make this up. De Gea was better with his feet I’m telling you, our players just take up bad positions and there no space/time on the ball in the Prem.”
A third fan added: “I been telling you man you don’t know whats coming.”
Someone else wrote: “He’s gonna be in serious trouble in the Prem with those antics.”
Whilst a fifth commented: “This is exactly why I never rated Onana. He is better with his feet. But as shot stopper he struggles. Only relatively did well in inter because the team was defensive.”

However, some United fans were quick to defend Onana.
One wrote: “The haters have started already. My club is massive man.”
A second said: “There’s a 2hr De Gea fail comp on here please find shame.”
Another commented: “This page giving De Gea prop is how I know we signed the right guy.”

De Gea ended his 12-year stay at Old Trafford with an emotional statement earlier in the month.
He wrote: “It’s been an unforgettable and successful period since I came here. I didn’t think from leaving Madrid as a young boy we would achieve what we did together.
“Now, it’s the right time to undertake a new challenge, to push myself again in new surroundings. Manchester will always be in my heart, Manchester has shaped me and will never leave me. We’ve seen it all.”
