Paul Pogba’s sensational form at Euro 2020 has been spotlighted in a stunning compilation after France’s shock exit from the competition.
The 28-year-old Manchester United superstar put in a commanding performance for France in their opening 1-0 win over Germany at Euro 2020.
Pogba continued to impress and picked up an assist in his side’s 2-2 draw with Portugal, with France topping Group F ahead of Germany.
The France international was in his element for the round-of-16 clash against Switzerland at the National Arena in Bucharest, Romania.
Pogba opened his account at this summer’s Euros with a stunning long-range strike past Yann Sommer.
However, the French midfielder’s Euro 2020 campaign came to a halt in the last 16 after Switzerland caused a stunning upset against France on penalties.

Pogba has since broken his silence over France’s exit by thanking fans for their support in an emotionally charged message on social media.
The 2018 World Cup winner has been criticised by the likes of Mikael Silvestre, despite the former United star acknowledging Pogba as a “world-class player.”
Despite the criticisms towards Pogba, the Frenchman was a highlight for Didier Deschamps’ men and a fan-made compilation shows why he was on course to be named Player of the Tournament.

“Best [midfielder] in the world,” one Twitter user said.
Someone else tweeted: “Such a shame France got knocked out…”
While a third added: “Did [Toni] Kroos dirty.”
And a fourth wrote: “Pass of the tournament against Germany.”
United legend Wayne Rooney, who had backed France to win Euro 2020, insisted that Pogba had “been the player of the tournament until they went out.”

Speaking in his column for The Sunday Times, the Derby County manager said: “Like a lot of people, I fancied the French to be champions and as a team they were a massive disappointment.
“That was a particular shame for Paul Pogba. He had been the player of the tournament until they went out. The passes [he] played for Karim Benzema and Kylian Mbappe were incredible.
“It helped him to have N’Golo Kante as his midfield partner but I think the biggest reason that Paul’s performances were so good was his positioning.
“He was playing deeper than we normally see him for Manchester United and this meant that he was able to pick the ball up in areas of the pitch where he had the time and room to pick a pass.”
