Manchester City’s Premier League-winning squad is the most valuable in world football, although Liverpool isn’t too far behind despite a poor season.
Pep Guardiola’s side confirmed their third Premier League title in just four years earlier this week when Manchester United lost to Leicester City.
It has been a remarkable season for the team, who overcame a poor start to the season that saw them drop to 14th at one point to win the title with some ease.
The City has also gone from 18 points behind Liverpool at the end of last season’s title race to currently 23 points ahead of them.
There’s been no doubt that Guardiola has a great squad to pick from, and, according to Transfermarkt, they have the most valuable team in the world.
The transfer data website values City’s squad at £924.30m, although, at £905.40m, Jurgen Klopp’s side isn’t too far behind either.
