Gerard Pique Takes Cheeky Dig At Real Madrid Over Leaked Audio

In the past few days Perez, who is in his second stint as Real Madrid president, has had three old conversations, in which he insulted legends and staff of the club, leaked to the press.

First the 74-year-old was caught calling Iker Casillas and Raul ‘frauds,’ despite their success at the Bernabeu and then the club’s all time top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo, along with Jose Mourinho, were called ‘idiots.’

On Friday it was the turn of Getafe manager Michel, who played over 400 games for the club, for his role in letting Juan Mata leave the club when he was just a prospect.

In typically Pique fashion, the Barcelona centre back took the opportunity to mock the leaking audio, whilst replying to something on social media.

The World Cup winner took to social media to reply to several El Chiringuito posts asking why they don’t have the ‘audio.’

In a tweet about the club nearly confirming Lionel Messi’s new contract, Pique asked, “And when do we get the audios?”

On a later post, the channel mocked the fact that Messi will be taking a pay cut with his new deal by starting a ‘collection’ for the six time Ballon d’Or winner.
