Bernardo Silva has agreed personal terms with Italian giants A.C. Milan, according to journalist Ekrem Konur.
Silva, who has been linked with a move away from Manchester City in recent seasons, may finally get his desired move away from the Premier League.
Konur said that whilst personal terms have been agreed with Milan, the clubs have still not made come to an agreement on a transfer fee yet both sides believe that they will be able to close the deal before the end of the summer window.

Silva has enjoyed an incredibly successful time since his arrival to Manchester in 2017, winning three Premier League titles and an FA Cup.
However, it has been widely reported that the Portuguese international wants to return to Europe and has since been linked with many European clubs including Barcelona.
When Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola was recently asked about Silva’s desire to leave, he reiterated that it will only work if the right offer arrives for the club.
He said: “He’s our player. Not just Bernardo, there are two, three or four players that want to leave.

“But they are our players under contract and when they bring some offer and their agents come here and they want to leave, we are open to discuss absolutely everything. But it depends on them.
“Otherwise, they will continue training really well, they will stay here and I will decide if they stay or don’t stay.”
Even though Silva wants to leave Manchester City, in an interview last week, he acknowledged how fantastic Guardiola has been for his career: “I learned a lot from all the coaches I’ve had, but Pep is special.
“He’s different in how he approaches the game, the way he sees training in small details and therefore of course, it’s a pleasure to learn from him every day.”
